Today is the general election in the UK. From about 11pm, we will be able to see if our “leaders” are a bunch of gits who dislike gay disabled low-income benefit scroungers.
Similarly, you have to vote for a hat today. These three hats are all striped, one has a bobble but it’s purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect how warm the hat will be for the future smoothies. The main method of persuasion these hats are using is to whinge about how the other hats of note are not very good without using any concrete evidence, rather than promoting their own perfectly acceptable qualities. The one with the most votes may not even become the “prime hatister”, and afterwards you are all obliged to complain about the hats themselves rather than the dodgy system that excluded the other 196 hats I’ve made thus far.
And still, I want all you UK people to go and vote. 🙂 Please do!
I think that’s the best summary of the election I’ve seen so far! xxx
Hehe, thank you! 🙂
I agree with Nick, sorry, Hannah. Brilliant summary of our broken politics. I vote for the middle one
Glad you approve! 🙂 xx
